This Fairtrade Organic coffee is cultivated by the 60 members of Café de Macizo at 1,400 to 2,100 meters above sea level in Tolima. Tolima lies deeply nestled in the Central Andes, and its high altitudes and microclimate create superb conditions for specialty coffee. Through using Fairtrade Organic practices, members of Café Macizo not only produce certified coffees, but also improve their livelihoods with access to a community economic fund that supports partner farmers during difficult times.
